The invention convention was held in the middle of February. Rayce built a vaccine sling. It holds the bottle of medicine while your give the baby calf a shot. Wayke invented the giddy up. It is a ladder that hooks to your saddle then you can climb up your horse( he has a very tall horse and can't get in). They both took first place at the Neola Elementary in their grade. Then district was at East Elementary in Roosevelt. They were judged with 1 st and 2nd grade together and them 3rd and 4th grade together. They both took 1st place. I was do proud of them. They did the awards first from oldest to youngest. Rayces friend got an award then we found out Rayce took first. Then it was Waykes grade. He first got a ribbon and you could tell Waje was getting so nervous and was going to cry. They announced 3rd place and Wayke started shaking, then they announced 2nd and it wasn't Wayke. He was feeling really bad. He was so happy when they announced 1st and it was him.
